The brief was straightforward: build an algorithm that could calculate accurate sign prices based on real material costs, dimensions, and production variables. That algorithm has been running since early 2019. With that project came a basic but important realisation: **sign shops are everywhere**. And once you know they exist, you start noticing them constantly.
